i know the sleeve needs to be snug, however it is a little too snug. i think i should have gone up a size. i am a ladies size 9/10 and the size chart said go with the small/medium. however, if i were to reorder, i will go up a size.

I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis for over 5 years and have had little relief. Dr. prescribed orthotics which were very expensive gave me some relief when worn in ‘certain’ shoes but of course there was pain when I get up in the morning or in the middle of the night. These little sleeves are amazing!!!! I wear them EVERY NIGHT and most days and I don’t have that pain anymore. Not at all! I can’t believe the relief and it happened within hours of wearing the sleeves. Why wouldn’t doctors recommended it to their patients? Because there is much money to be make in selling orthotics to you or billing your insurance. I was given the uncomfortable the hard, foot wrap to wear at night but it’s a pain to wear on both feet every night to boot. The sleeve is not too tight or nor uncomfortable and I am not exaggerating. You’ll love yourself for trying out this sleeve.

Gives me relief,

From the moment I slipped this on I could tell it was making a difference in my Plantar Fasciitis pain. I wear this at night (I only have pain in my left foot) and during the day as much as possible provided I am wearing shoes that it doesn’t show in. This sleeve has enabled me to start running again in short, well-spaced intervals. I am very happy to have found this product. This doesn’t completely “cure” my pain, but it has definitely made a big difference when nothing else (stretching, icing, orthodics) really seemed to. I have machine washed on delicate and dried on low heat without any deterioration of the effect. I have two that I rotate and they are both holding up beautifully. |
